Corporate Rates

$75 per hour plus $139 for Room Rental - deposit may be required for certain events

Wedding Rates

$850 Rental of house and yards plus $104.25 Room Rental

Additional charges - if applicable

$200 Furniture Moving fee if required

$200 Deposit on addition Labor if required

$50 per hour for additional hour rental

$35 per hour for labor if exceeds the 4 hour $200 fee

Rates are for a six hour period which includes set-up and clean-up time.  Additional time may be provided at $50 per hour.  An additional $200 will be charged to move furniture and place tables in rooms (up to 25 tables on the first floor - up to 4 hours labor).  An additional $500 damage/clean-up deposit will be required which is refundable after total clean-up and verification of no damages.

For labor we charge a rate of $35 per hour per person.  In addition, should we need to acquire rental items we will charge a 10% mark-up surcharge as a management fee. 

The rooms are available to the wedding party and to guests at 25% of the regular rental rate.  This means that the Master Suite will be $131.25, the carriage house is $168.75, and the Garden and Sunset Suites are each $104.25 per night.  If all rooms are booked a 35% discount will apply.

For Derby and St James see special conditions

All rooms have queen size beds, phones and at least one television/VCR.  Complete office facilities including fax, video conferencing and Computers with Lightning Fast Internet Connection are available.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is the largest of our luxury accommodations.  It is a fully separate two bedroom unit in the Bernheim Mansion Carriage House, exquisitely furnished with our finest antiques.  The Great Room takes your breath away with its 30 foot ceilings.       $168.75/night - Wedding Rate

The Master Suite

Experience the luxury of a queen size bed, armoire, satellite television, large dresser, telephone, whirlpool and shower.  In addition, this suite offers a private, stocked library complete with balcony, loveseat and desk.  This suite can accommodate up to two guests.     $131.25/night - Wedding Rate

The Lady's Room

Enjoy a queen size bed, armoire, cable television, writing desk, telephone, and antique bath tub (no shower).  This suite can accommodate up to two guests.     $112.50/night - Wedding Rate

The Garden Room

Furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, cable television, shower and private entrance.  This room can accommodate up to two guests. This room has a shared bathroom with the Sunset Room.  $104.25 - Wedding Rate

The Sunset Room

Furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, cable television, shower and private sunroom with Hot tub.  This room can accommodate up to two guests.  This room has a shared bathroom with the Garden Room.  $104.25 - Wedding Rate

Policies

• Rates listed are subject to change without notice and are not valid for Derby weekends.  Certain events require more than one night stay.

• Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy.  Additional $25 per person applies to additional occupants.

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your expected arrival date.  During some special events and large conventions, we may ask for a guaranteed reservation.

• Check-in must occur between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm (unless other arrangements have been made). 

• Check-out is before 12:00 noon.

• Off street parking available for $10 per night.

• The Bernheim Mansion is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.  A $100 fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in the building.

• The Bernheim Mansion is home to two dogs and one inquisitive cat who do not allow visiting pets nor children.

The Bernheim Mansion Bed and Breakfast gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
