 Room
Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy per room or suite.
Additional guests may be accommodated for $25 per person. Additional guests
(your Louisville family or friends) may join you for breakfast ($8.50 each)
by notifying the innkeeper the evening before. Please let us know if you
have any dietary requirement, food allergies, etc. and we will do our best
to accommodate you! Rates are
not valid for Derby, Ryder Cup or St. James Court Art Show. Certain events require more than one
night stay.

Cancellations
should be made at least 72 hours before your expected arrival date.
During some special events and large conventions, we may ask for a
guaranteed reservation.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm. Please let
us know if you expect to arrive after 8:00 p.m.

Check-out is by noon of your last day. If you need a
later check-out, that's often no problem, but please check with the
innkeeper first.

Off-street parking is available in the parking lot
next to the carriage house.

Because of local ordinances, The Bernheim Mansion is
a non-smoking bed and breakfast. We apologize to our smoking guests that we
can no longer provide indoor smoking areas.

The Bernheim Mansion main house is home to
three dogs
(Hugo, Chauncey and Puppy) and one
inquisitive cat (Leona), and they normally
do not allow visiting pets or children. In return, Leona, Hugo, Chauncey and
Puppy are not allowed in the guest areas.

While we take every care to ensure your security,
The Bernheim Mansion cannot be responsible for loss or theft of personal
items. Please protect your valuables at all times.

We wish to respect the privacy of our guests, so we
will not normally enter your room during your stay. If you would like your
bed made or additional towels and supplies, please do not hesitate to let us
know.
